If you call to cancel your order, and we already shipped the dress, then we can only issue you an exchange. If we cannot get you the dress you desire by your "Wear Date" we will notify you as soon as possible. Return And Exchange Policy -We don't issue refunds, just exchanges. -You can only exchange an item within 48 Hours of the day you received your order. -The tags must be on the item and can't have any sign of being worn.
