Prom Tips
Prom Dresses
Prom is a formal event held at the end of the High-school year. It is sometimes called junior prom or senior prom. Buying a dress is one of the most important steps of "prom" night preparation. At PromDresses2009.com you will find a large selection of prom dresses for the price you deserve.
You've been asked to the prom and now it's time to go prom dress shopping. If you haven't already begun to look into buying prom dresses than you had better get looking! Prom dress shopping has gone virtual now.
Be sure to buy a prom dress with plenty of time left over to perform any alterations that might be needed and to have the dress pressed and ready to go. Many of the hottest styles will sell out by mid march.
Make sure you get enough sleep the night before prom-you'll need all your energy to dance the night away.
Eat Right: It's tempting to try and skip meals to lose weight before the prom. Don't do it! You'll feel much better (and be in a better mood) if you eat three healthy meals a day.
Take your shoes for a Test Drive
Make sure your shoes are comfortable and that the heels aren't too high. A twisted or sprained ankle is the last thing you want to deal with on the big night!
Tips and Tricks
A limo is a typical mode of transportation to and from the prom, but there are lots of other options, whether you're budget conscious or just want to make a unique or dramatic entrance. Whatever you do make sure you plan early if you are going to be renting a vehicle. Rent a convertible or luxury car. If it's available in your area. A horse and carriage would be ultra-romantic. Decorate your own car or the family car with balloons and streamers (being careful not to obstruct the driver's view) Consider asking a brother or sister to be your chauffeur for the evening.
